Exchanges, Returns, Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To facilitate this process, a return form is included in your shipment. Complete the form, pack item carefully, and send the merchandise (prepaid & insured) to:

If you are requesting a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card when we receive the merchandise.
If we made an error and shipped the wrong item, we apologize for any inconvenience and will ship the correct item immediately. You will not be charged additional freight for the reshipment, and we will credit the freight of that item on your original order.
You are responsible for prepaying the freight of the return item.
