I first fell in love with this soup 21 years ago when I was staying at the Palmilla. My husband and I enjoyed our trip so much that we decided the bring some soaps back home with us as a souvenir. The smell of the soap brings us right back to that amazing time spent away. 21 years later we still enjoy this soap and remember our trip fondly!

This is one of my favorite scents ever created!!!!!!! Unfortunately one of the items arrived broken. Customer service was amazing and a reply was sent immediately. I have no doubt it will arrive quickly. Lady Primrose’s Royal Extract is AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend it!!

The set is very elegant and heavy. The pictures don’t do them justice. I love everything from The Lady Primrose. I have purchased several items and they are gorgeous!!!!!

I have a lot of very long fine hair. To get a comb through it, I use thick salon quality conditioners. I was pleasantly surprised that this conditioner worked well on my hair and I didn't need to use a lot. The scent is lovely and light and it lingers, but is not overpowering. I will be buying more shampoo and conditioner in the future.
